Just a reminder
Being skinny is not the be all end all of fitness. I am the fittest I have ever been and sitting pretty at 157lbs. I am trying to loose a little bit of weight just for the sake of my knees but this body is so much stronger than the 30lbs lighter one I had 3 years ago due to illness. Having PCOS and being 5’2” means my calories are practically nothing but I make it work. Tracking macros and walking at least 3 miles a day has made this possible. Along with weight lifting and the occasional Pilates class. My body was not meant to be small and I’m not trying to fight that. And weight sits differently on every body! My goal is to maintain my weight and gain muscle mass.
